These changes are shown graphically in the chart on the opposite page. The cost of clothing, which had started to decline prior to July, 1920, con tinned to decrease until the summer of 1921. The average cost of all sundries combined remained in July, 1921, at the same point where it was in July, 1920, and March, 1921.
