The Visayan words are used here are those currently found in conversations, writings and novels throughout Eastern Visayas and Mindanao. I do not claim any originality in the composition of this dictionary except tedious work done single-handedly. The English word has many shades of meaning, and accordingly each one carries many different translations in Visayan. For the accuracy of the translations and of the English phrases I consulted several English and Spanish dictionaries.
