Alice`s Adventures in Wonderland - A Fantasy Tale for Children: Alice&#39 s Adventures in Wonderland (commonly shortened to &ldquo Alice in Wonderland&rdquo ) is an 1865 novel written by English author Charles Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. Dodgson transposed his mother&rsquo s maiden name for a first name and then used the French equivalent of his first name, Carroll, as a last name.
