The new era of economic, and in turn social development, raised the expectations of equal opportunities to development and progress for all the sections of society, especially for minorities. This study is an attempt to analyze whether the religious minorities, especially Muslim minority of India, are also among the beneficiaries of globalization or they still are deprived and among have-not'S.
