When the inner door opened automatically she stepped into the empty laboratory- It consisted of a central science bench and the usual equipment of microbiology and forensics: microscopes, Bunsen burner with a hot blue flame, surgical scissors, probes, scalpels, tweezers and a stack of MI6 forensic pouches. Several apertures marked with the triple-cells Biohazard symbol opened to negative airflow cabinets, freezers and internal corridors.
