Well, alright you can re-create. There are essays to read, pages to color, lined pages in which to write your thoughts and feelings, blank pages to draw or paint on, and poetry to lift your spirits. It's a lot of fun. In fact, this book is full of clean RECREATION. My hope is that when you have finished this book you will feel as if you have experienced some refreshing recreation, and perhaps you will feel a little more creative in your own life.
