As a young man, the year was 1902, Lew Minor could not get enough of onery buckin' horses. He travelled from Montana to Nevada, Alberta to Oregon to compete in bucking horse competitions or to break horses for ranchers. On a given day he would ride 40 or more wild horses - that meant riding to a standstill.
