This met with a warm agreement on the part of other members. Dundee. --Plans for the new electric central station for Dundee have been drawn up by Mr. W. Alexander, the architect for the buildings, and were submitted last Monday to the Works Committee of the Dundee Gas Commissioners. The elevation shows a neat and well-proportioned onestorey stone building with gables. A basement will be used for accumulators, pumps, etc. The front will contain offices, and the engines and dynamos will be placed in an adjacent machinery-house at the back.
