Supervisor, without Salary, to the road from to wit. to between and all in the ) Barony of in said County! do swear that I have lately viewed and inspected the said road, and that the. work done on it has been properly executed. --Sworn before me this Day of 181 A. B. 000 Form of Deputy-Supervisors Affidavit. County of Kilkenny, I, A. B. Deputy-Supervisor of the above road, do to wit. swear that I have faithfully and honestly expended the j Sum of Pounds, Shillings, and Pence, in repairing the same, within the last twelve months, and tiiat the same is a reasonable charge to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the annexed account is fair and correct, and the prices charged for men and horses are the current prices of the neighbourhood. That the road contains perches, all in the Barony of in said County; that my wages as Deputy-supervisor, at one penny per perch on that number of perches amounts to Pounds, Shillings, and Pence; and that every part of the work done on said road was done on or before the Day of 181 A. B. Sworn before me this Day of 181 Note--When the road to which any Supervisor is appointed, runs into two or more Baronies, it is necessary that separate Affidavits and Accounts should be made for each Barony, in order that the money may be fairly levied on the Barony in which the work has been done. Ordered by the Grand Jury, that all Presentments on the County Establishment shall be handed to the Secretary to the Grand Jury on the first day of each Assizes, as none others will be received but such as are handed in by him regularly classed und. . .
