No owners' marks; pages are crisp, clean and bright except for some nearly invisible age-toning around the edges of the title and foreword; binding is square and tight; the hard cover shows taps and short wrinkles at three of the free corners, a bit of softening at the spine ends, a pair of scratches at the middle rear and a small area of scratching at the lower front, and a tiny gray speck at the right front, otherwise bright and striking..
