A wine recommendation accompanied every recipe. The cookbook was produced using 100% recycled paper in a metal ring binder in a 100% recycled plastic-printed covers using earth-friendly ink. It was as eco as was humanly possible at the time. It is a funky design, but so very practical for use in the kitchen; and the rings open to add your personal recipes.
