This is a work by one of the foremost outdoorsmen in the world in his time. In his own words "It has been my good fortune over the years to enjoy many great hunts in almost all parts of the world. I kept a diary on each hunt and from these dog-eared, rain-soaked pages evolved the chapters of this book." 288 pages, many black & white photographs, interior of book is clean and binding is tight. There is wear at the head and tail of the spine and along the spine plus some corner and edge wear on the covers. Some light scratches on the covers are present as well. No underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no owner names, not ex-librs, no remainder marks, no foxing. A very serviceable copy; available for immediate shipment.
