Besides being such a comprehensive compilation, this copy has very special provenance & significance: This is a presentation copy to one of its contributors, Charles Plymell (poem, "Charles Henri Ford's Last Prints;" collage, "Kid Custer," pgs. 348-9), signed with citation by co-editor & contributor J.N. Reilly on front endpaper: "For Charles Plymell/Now Poet/Love and Dreams/(signature). Also, Reilly's hand-written return name & address, cut from the package in which it was delivered, is loosely inserted at Plymell's contribution. A most important & unique collectible item. Book in very fine condition in handsome red cloth binding, with only spotting & dust residue to top edge, a few tiny spots on lower edge. Dust jacket fine with only mild rubbing to front, back covers & spine esp. at lower left corner of front cover, minor creasing all along top edge & at spine edges.
