Kim-Kwong Chan is the Honorary Research Fellow of the Universities Service Center For China Studies, Chinese University of Hong Kong; Executive Secretary of the Hong Kong Christian Council; and, an appointed Justice of the Peace of the HKSAR Government. Eric R. Carlson is a J.D. candidate at J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, 2005.
