The unhealthy patterns that have developed encourage physical and psychological ill health alongside destruction of the Earth and many species. We need to come back into alignment with the natural laws that serve, and have served us all so well since the beginning. Shamanic thought is the oldest form of philosophy and mental health. By tuning back to its principles we can begin the journey of reconnection that we so desperately need in order to save ourselves, our children, other species, and restore health to the overall system of life.
