This is a Very Good Copy aside from a former owner's lightly printed name stamp on the cover and half-title page, this copy of the Fulton Report is in very good condition. A bit of wrinkling of the spine but nothing serious. This was the first, and key, volume of a set of five volumes produced as part of an extensive review of the British civil service. Appointed in 1966 to examine the structure, recruitment and management--including training--of the British Home civil service, the Committee responded with a massive review of public administration. An important document for students of public administration and public management.
