Map pastedowns, and a few numbers in a neat ink hand to the front pastedown. 471 numbered pages, including 10 B&W maps and several archival photos and illustrations. Light spotting to the front preliminaries and also to some of the photos and illustrations. Evidence of pencil erasure in the margin of p. 447. Else a clean copy, inside and out. No remainder marks.
