The book provides the necessary terms for the Kanuri Core-Curricula of Basic Education-Kanuri-English terms for six years of primary school, and English-Kanuri terms for the first three years of junior secondary school (J.S.S). The objective is to make available reference material for primary and junior secondary schools. The terms both for Kanuri and English are extracted from the Kanuri Core-Curriculum of the Basic Education. The usual practice is to review curriculum after every five years but the basic education curricula have to be reviewed after three years.
