There are several questions which aren´t directly related to land right, whereas which are significant to settle "e;issues of agriculture, countryside and farmers"e;, such as, transformation of modern agriculture (transform traditional arable farming into diversified agriculture to solve problems of stagnant traditional agriculture), rural industrialization and development township enterprises and dual structure of city-country. Obviously, these problems aren´t directly related to land right. However, they should be solved as soon as possible and it is necessary to improve economic and political status of farmers. Therefore, there is a special chapter to discuss this question. For harmoniously developing rural society in China and building effective farmland system, we should regard property system of farmland as the research object and carefully analyze advantages and disadvantages of present property system of farmland through research and analysis of history and reality of farmland system. And then we should put forward system design plan with key points to improve and develop farmland system and to promote the construction of socialism new countryside. PDF, 01.01.2009.
